Racing rules of sailing

18.2 (d) Rules 18.2(b) and (c) cease to apply when the boat entitled to markroom has been given that mark-room, or if she passes head to wind or leaves the zone.

Safety tip of the day

If you need to wear glasses to be able to see properly, make sure they are tied to your head if you have to abandon ship.
