Racing rules of sailing

26. At 1 minute before the start, the P flag lowered and one long sound signal is made. This is the one minute signal.

Safety tip of the day

If you are one of many people in the water, form as large a group as you can. This makes you more visible, can help reduce heat loss, and improves morale.
