Racing rules of sailing

When a boat sailing under the rules meets a vessel that is not, she shall comply with the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea (IRPCAS) or government right-of-way rules.

Safety tip of the day

The strongest person should be the first one into the life raft.
